Poor diet:

Lack of exercise:
Failing to engage in regular physical activity can increase the risk of obesity, heart disease, and other chronic health conditions.
Poor sleep habits:
Can lead to fatigue, decreased productivity, and mood disturbances. Chronic sleep deprivation can also increase the risk of physical and mental health problems.
Substance abuse:
Using drugs or alcohol to cope with stress or emotions can lead to addiction, depression and anxiety.
Excessive screen time:
Spending too much time on electronic devices such as phones, computers, or television can lead to physical problems such as eye strain and posture issues, as well as mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

1. ⛅ Align with Nature's Rhythms
- Follow a daily routine (Dinacharya)
- Wake up early, sleep early
