Water For Balancing Doshas
Water is life-giving.
When you understand how to drink and process water healthily,
Your entire body dynamics change.
In fact, you can make water more powerful by curating it for your imbalanced doshas!
Ayurveda Says
You can mix many ingredients in water and consume it once every few days to make the most of it.
Vata-balancing hot water
Boil two liters of water with three mint leaves, ½ teaspoon fennel seeds, and ¼ teaspoon marshmallow. Sip it through the day!
Pitta-calming hot water
Boil two litres of hot water. Take it off after 5 minutes and add some fennel seeds, rose buds, and clove. Sip it through the day at normal room temperature.
Kapha-balancing hot water
Cook two liters of water for five minutes. Add three complete leaves of basil, two slices of fresh ginger, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon fennel after that. Drink the hot water throughout the day for better results.
Water is already life-giving.
Enhancing its power can be one step towards higher immunity.
